Beijing refutes US accusations of providing weapons to Moscow

Liu Bingyu, the press secretary of the Chinese Embassy in Washington, has confirmed that China is not providing weapons to any of the parties involved in the conflict in Ukraine. He emphasized that China is focused on promoting a political settlement to the conflict.

In response to claims by US officials that China is assisting Russia in strengthening its defense capabilities during the military operation in Ukraine, Penggio stated that China is not a producer of arms nor a party to the conflict. He reiterated that China plays a constructive role in seeking a political resolution and does not supply weapons to either side.

US officials have accused China of supplying Russia with drone and missile technology, satellite images, and manufacturing equipment. However, China has denied these accusations and emphasized its commitment to promoting a peaceful political resolution to the conflict in Ukraine.

Despite the allegations, China remains steadfast in its position of not providing weapons to any of the parties involved in the conflict. The Chinese government is focused on promoting a political settlement to the conflict and continues to play a constructive role in seeking a peaceful resolution.
