Clay County Promotes Small Businesses with Exciting Saturday Activities

Mark your calendar for the 4th Annual Hometown Christmas event in Brazil, Indiana on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Hosted by Brazil Main Street and the Clay County Chamber of Commerce, this event is a must-attend for anyone looking to get into the holiday spirit.

Local businesses and vendors in Clay County are participating in this festive occasion, offering special activities and promotions for attendees. One of the highlights of the event is a scavenger hunt that will take participants to various businesses in the area. The winners of the scavenger hunt will be announced during a community Christmas tree lighting ceremony at 5:30 p.m. at Brazil City Hall.

With over 30 participating locations and dozens of craft vendors, there’s no shortage of shopping and exploration opportunities at this event. Participants can pick up a paper passport at any of the participating locations, then visit each business to collect a Christmas stamp. Once they have stamps from at least 20 locations, they will be eligible for prizes.
