The highly anticipated match between Croatia and Armenia, taking place on Tuesday at 20:45 at the Maksimir stadium in Zagreb, has sold out all tickets. With an estimated attendance of between 15,000 to 18,000 people, the game is set to be a packed house. To accommodate more fans, HNS put some extra tickets up for sale on Sunday for the southern stand that the Armenian Football Association did not use. However, these tickets quickly disappeared due to high demand.
In preparation for this big event, HNS organized a fan zone near the Maksimir stadium that opens on Tuesday at 5 pm. The program includes a concert by popular musicians Mata Bulić and Tiho Orlić as well as public viewing of the match against Armenia live on a large screen next to the stadium. Despite the forecasted rain in the afternoon, Croatian fans are no strangers to attending games in challenging weather conditions – just like their dramatic match against Russia in the qualifiers for the World Cup.
At the stadium, visitors can purchase fan props and licensed HNS products such as “fire” jerseys. Additionally, HNS has planned activities for young fans including e-football and table football tournaments with lots of fun promised! So let’s get ready to cheer on Croatia as they confirm their spot at Euro 2024!
