The Science, Technology, Engineering, and Policy (STEP) Program will be hosting its annual keynote address on Thursday, April 11 from 4-5:30 p.m. This year’s address will feature a virtual presentation by Roger Pielke Jr., a renowned advocate for research policymaking.
Attendees can join a watch party in 311 Latham Hall, where light snacks will be provided. For those unable to attend in person, a Zoom option is also available, but registration is required for both options.
The event is sponsored by the +Policy Network, with co-sponsorship from the School of Public and International Affairs and the Department of Political Science at the university.
Individuals interested in learning more about the STEP Program can find additional information on their website.
If you require accommodations due to a disability, please contact Todd Schenk at tschenk@vt.edu during regular business hours at least 10 business days prior to the event to make arrangements.
