On Monday, we celebrate World Children’s Day by introducing you to Derin, a young girl who recently toured CBS New York. This opportunity was made possible through our partnership with UNICEF USA and Nickelodeon Our World.

Derin got to explore the studio, control room, and newsroom, participate in a weather segment with John Elliott, and interview Cindy Hsu. Through this experience, she learned about the importance of children’s rights and how Nickelodeon, a part of our parent company Paramount Global, collaborates with UNICEF USA to empower children worldwide.
