The Pure South Handpicked 55 Day Aged Beef, produced by Alliance Group in Oamaru, has been recognized as the best grass-fed steak and best ribeye steak at the World Steak Challenge held in London last week. This beef was one of six winners in the global contest, showcasing the high quality of Alliance Group’s products.

The general manager of sales and marketing at Alliance Group, Shane Kingston, expressed gratitude for the recognition of the hard work and dedication of farmers. He emphasized that these awards validated the effort put in by farmers to produce the best grass-fed red meat in the world. The ribeye steak was particularly noted for its unprecedented tenderness and robust, zesty, buttery, and creamy flavor. It is priced at around $25 for 500g.
