The Titans began the game by taking the first possession of the ball, but were unable to gain any ground as they exchanged punts with the Jaguars. However, things started to turn around for the Titans when wide receiver Chris Moore ran for 38 yards, advancing the ball into Jaguars territory. The Jaguars’ defense was able to hold their ground and prevent any further advancements, and even managed to record a sack earlier in the game.
Despite this setback, the Titans continued to push forward and eventually scored a touchdown during their second possession of the day. Quarterback Will Levis connected with wide receiver Amani Cooper for a 10-yard touchdown pass, bringing the score to 7-7 with just over two minutes left in the first quarter. However, just as it seemed that momentum had shifted in favor of the Titans, another fumble occurred when quarterback Trevor Lawrence mishandled a snap during his third possession of the day. This fumble was recovered by linebacker Rashad Penny of the Titans, giving them a chance to take control of the game once again.
As we approach halftime, both teams continue to play fiercely and are evenly matched. It remains to be seen which team will come out on top in this closely contested battle between two talented teams.
