John E. Anzak, 66, of Hannibal, Ohio passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, November 19, 2023. He was born on July 31, 1957 to the late Shirley (Cochran) and John Anzak. For over three decades, John dedicated himself as an employee of the US Postal Service where he served for 24 years as a Post Master before retiring on his birthday in 2009.

John enjoyed spending his time outdoors with fishing trips and watching sports. Surviving him are his brother James Anzak of St.Clairsville, OH; niece Megan Anzak of Taylors, SC.; and step-niece Kelly Reasbeck of Marins Ferry. Additionally, he has three first cousins who will remember him fondly.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate John’s life at the Apostolic Pentecostal Church located at 73339 Pleasant Grove Rd in St Clairsville on Wednesday November 22nd at 11am with services starting at 1 pm led by Pastor Dan Nelson.
