Seattle has suffered a major blow in the form of an oblique injury to top running back Kenneth Walker, who is doubtful to return for the rest of Sunday’s game against the Rams. Walker took only four carries for 18 yards and had one reception for -2 yards before leaving the contest.
With Walker out, Seattle will likely turn to rookie Zach Charbonnet to take on the bulk of the carries for the remainder of the game. Charbonnet has started with five carries for 22 yards.
The Seahawks went up 7-0 after their first touchdown, but the Rams had a chance to equalize with a touchdown. However, despite having four tries inside the 5-yard line, they were unable to get into the end zone. Matthew Stafford’s fourth-and-goal pass to Tutu Atwell fell short in the end zone, leaving them still trailing by seven points.
