Black entrepreneurs in Knoxville are not just surviving, but thriving and prospering. Owning a small business comes with its challenges, but it is also something to be celebrated. The Knoxville News reporters, photographers, and designers have come together to create the third edition of Black in Business, a project dedicated to showcasing the stories of Knoxville’s Black entrepreneurs.
The Black in Business project features profiles and photos of this year’s Black-owned businesses, highlighting the success and resilience of Black entrepreneurs in Knoxville. This project is a part of Knox News’ commitment to fully represent Black communities through meaningful stories, photos, and videos.
It is important to learn about their stories and support their businesses, now more than ever. Be sure to grab a copy of the April 7 print edition of the Knoxville News Sentinel to read the Black in Business special section and show your support for Black entrepreneurs in the Knoxville community.
