Now, Walmart is helping SMBs prepare for holiday office celebrations by launching its Holiday Party Shop and Employee Gift Finder solutions. By partnering with TikTok star Corporate Natalie, Walmart is providing advice and a curated marketplace shopping experience for all holiday party needs.
Small businesses can take advantage of these solutions to save time and money during the holiday season. They can use the Gift Finder tool to get tailored product recommendations, sort ideas by price range, customer rating, availability, delivery speed, and brand. Additionally, customers can utilize same-day delivery or curbside pickup for online orders, or shop in-store using Walmart Pay for members who prefer that option.
Walmart’s focus on creating a B2B buying experience that caters to the diverse needs of everyday shoppers while still being adapted to the very nuanced expectations of small business owners and operators is strategic. Ashley Hubka, SVP and General Manager of Walmart Business explains: “We recognized that we had both the capabilities and the opportunity to really focus on them in a way that we had never done before. That for us was the opportunity: as our strategy has evolved and our ecommerce capabilities [advanced] to the point where they are now, we felt like we had the grounding and the bandwidth to think more about businesses [as customers].”
